Before you begin
This survey asks you to evaluate every member of your team, including yourself, on ten aspects of team member effectiveness drawn from five categories.
- You will rate each member on a scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 7 (strongly agree).
- You can go back and change any rating before you submit.
- At the end you will be prompted to download a PDF file, which you need to turn in on Canvas.
- Please ask the Teaching Team if you need any assistance while completing the survey.
